Submit a booking request on the excursions page with your activity, dates, group size and pick-up details. IFAST confirms availability with the local operator and sends you an official quote and confirmation by email.

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

No. Every request is reviewed by our island team so we can verify the operator, the date and the price before confirming. Most requests are answered within one business day.

When do I pay?

You are never charged when you submit a request. Payment is only requested after IFAST confirms availability and sends you an official quote with the full price breakdown.

What excursions are available?

Boat charters, snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, jet skis, parasailing, ATV tours, horseback riding, island hopping, sunset cruises, private tours and more across the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Can you arrange hotel or villa pick-up?

In most cases yes. Add your accommodation and preferred pick-up time to your request and we will confirm transportation with the operator.

What if my plans change?

Reply to your confirmation email and our team will update or cancel your booking with the operator. Cancellation terms vary by operator and are stated on your quote.

When will IFAST Taxi launch?

IFAST Taxi is in development and no launch date has been announced. Join the taxi launch list and we will send you the app link as soon as it goes live at taxi.ifasttci.net.

What will IFAST Marketplace include?

Grocery delivery, IGA and Graceway supermarket products, local grocery stores, restaurants, bakery orders, household essentials, pharmacy items where permitted, local merchants and island specialty products.

Not yet. Accommodation requests will be handled by IFAST AI Concierge at concierge.ifasttci.net. Join the early access list and our team will contact you directly in the meantime.

Any licensed or established business operating in the Turks and Caicos Islands that fits one of our partner categories, including excursion operators, boat and fishing charters, drivers, restaurants and local stores.

Requirements vary by category. Most applications benefit from a logo, business licence, insurance and relevant photos. You can also submit the application first and share documents later.
