Information we may collect
- Names, email addresses and phone numbers submitted through our forms.
- Business information provided in partner applications, including trading details and social links.
- Documents uploaded with a partner application, such as a logo, business licence, insurance or photos.
- Booking information such as pickup location, destination, travel date, time, passenger and luggage counts.
- Messages and any additional notes you choose to include.
How we use information
- To respond to booking requests, VIP requests and general enquiries.
- To review partner applications and contact applicants about their status.
- To send service updates to people who join a launch list or newsletter.
Storage and access
- Submissions are stored in a secured database. Access is limited to authorised IFAST administrators.
- Partner account holders can view their own application details after signing in.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing info@ifasttci.net.
- Newsletter recipients will be able to unsubscribe from marketing messages.
